At FancyHoneyBee Hair Care, LLC we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. We believe in the quality and benefits of our products. If you are not satisfied with any order you placed through www.fancyhoneybeehaircare.com, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund please contact us at fancyhoneybeehaircare@fancyhoneybeehaircare.com (include your order number, name and mailing address) with a brief reason stating why you are requesting a refund. Fancyhoneybeehaircare, LLC reserves the right to deny and or accept any refund on any of the purchased products.

All Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

We offer NO exchanges.

We take great pride in making sure our packages arrive properly sealed. However, if your order arrives damaged please contact us a fancyhoneybeehaircare@fancyhoneybeehaircare.com (include your order number, name and mailing address, a photo document of any reported damages) and we will make sure your damaged item is replaced within 10 business days

Items that are marked on sale are final and are non refundable.

Fancyhoneybee Hair Care, LLC refund policies are subject to change and we have the right to verify, deny and or accept any refund request of any and all Fancyhoneybee Hair Care Products. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding all US national holidays.
